“High customer satisfaction with low costs”

“We do the administration for several parts of the GGZ institution at the Shared Service Centre. Our greatest challenge is to get high customer satisfaction with low costs. We try to reach this by working as smart and effective as possible.

The ProActive modules, among which Expense Claims, play a large part in reaching this goal. We began using Expense Claims a couple of years ago, with content. We even won an internal project award!

Still, we strive for further improvement. Recently we completed a pilot where we scanned in supporting documents. Seeing that we received approval from the Belastingdienst, we do not have to physically file them in the archive.”
