Processing the cash books was a significant effort for administrators at the Salvation Army. Now that they work digitally, their cash flow has been simplified and the administrators are under far less strain.
At UNICEF, incoming invoices were physically sent by the organisation itself. Multiple people often had to approve one invoice.
