Our service desk is available from monday to friday between 8 a.m and 5 p.m. You can reach our service and support employees on the following number: (+31)23 54 222 99 or by mail service@proactive.nl.

It may be neccessary for a service and support employee to acces your ProActive system to solve your issue. They will make use of ProActive Viewer to do so.
